# Customize the output of your Slack & Discord notifications

You can now customize the options you'll showcase on your Slack or Discord channel on new form submission notifications.

**You are in control**. You have the option of leaving them all on or simplifying your notifications by just allowing what you need.

1. Log into NoteForms and find the form you want to edit.

3. Enable notifications.

4. You can now customize the options that will be shown or hidden on your dashboard by toggling the buttons on or off.
