# How can I include time in my date field?


To add time to your date, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to your forms section.
3. Locate and click on the form that you wish to edit.
4. Find the date field and click on the settings icon associated with it.
5. On the right side, you will find an option to include time. Toggle it on.
6. Select the desired time zone from the dropdown menu.

By following these steps, you will be able to add time to your date effectively.
