# How do I add a code block to my form?

Code blocks are custom blocks. Here's how to add them.

1. Log into [NoteForms](noteforms.com) and create a new form or edit a current form.

2. When you are inside the editor, click the "Add Block" button.


3. Select the "code block" option

4. Finally, customize the code block field settings or drag it to a different place in your form.

In this test I used the code block to add a GIF to my form via Giphy. Feel free to get creative!
