# How do I add custom SEO settings to my form's link?

**Learn how to customize the SEO meta fields of forms and views.**
More precisely: page title, page description, and og image.

1. Log into [NoteForms](noteforms.com) and open your form or database view editor mode.

2. Inside the editor, click on **Settings** at the top of the page, then go to **Link Settings – SEO** on the left side. There you can customize the image and text that appear when you share your form on other sites (Open Graph). You’ll also see a **live preview** of your form link, so you can instantly confirm how the title, description, and image will look on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter.

3. Save your changes.
