# How do I re-connect my Notion database?

Do this to re-connect your Notion database.

Since our service is built on top of Notion, databases may be disconnected eventually if Notion has issues.

To re-connect your database please go to ["You Forms"](https://noteforms.com/home) and click this option on the form you need to fix.

If the connection needs to be reset you will see this. Please click the "Re-connect my database" button.

After that, please:

* Select the right Notion workspace
* Click "Select Pages"
* Find your database by using the search bar
* Select it by clicking the checkbox
* Click "Allow Access"

If the Notion database used to create this form does not exist anymore, you can replace it with another database.
