How to add a Scale, Slider, or Rating field

Want to collect feedback, measure satisfaction, or capture opinions in a more interactive way? Adding a scale or rating field makes your form more engaging and easier to answer. Here's how to do it in NoteForms:

➕ To add a Scale / Score field:
Open your form in the editor

Click Add block

Select Scale / Score from the left panel

Set the minimum and maximum values, and choose the step size

Click Publish to save your changes

In the editor, click Add block

Select Rating

Customize the number of stars or symbols

Publish your form

Use Scale for numerical sliders and Rating for more visual feedback, like stars or emojis.
