# How to add a signature input?

By default, for Notion column of type "Files" NoteForms display a file input in your form. If needed, you can also use a signature rating input for the columns of type Files. Here's how to proceed:

1. Open the form editor
2. Open the settings for the "Files" input you want to transform into a signature

3. In the File Uploads section, enable the "Use as signature" option

4. That's all you can save your form and see your new signature input. Signatures will be stored as images and put in your Notion database.
