# How to add images to my form?

If you need to add images in your form (other than the logo or the cover), you can use our image custom block. Here's how to proceed:

1. Create a new form
2. Select a table
3. In the form editor, click "Add Block" blue button

4. In the modal, select "Image", give it a name and confirm.

5. You should now be able to see that there is an image block in your form.

6. Now to upload an image, open the image block settings and upload a file.

That's it! You can add as many images as needed.
