# How to Allow Creation of New Relations in My Form (Sub-form)?

You can now enable sub-forms for your relation fields, giving you more flexibility and access to advanced Pro features. This allows users to **create new entries** in the related database directly from your form.
#### Steps to enable relation creation:
1. Click the **⚙️ Settings** icon next to your relation field.
2. On the right panel, under **Creation Form**, toggle **Enable Relation Creation**.
3. Select an existing form linked to the related database or create a new one.
4. Click **Publish** or **Save** to apply the changes.

> This will generate a new sub-form for creating related items, accessible in your NoteForms dashboard. You can apply integrations and Pro features to it like any regular form.
#### Important Notes:
* Ensure the related database is connected to your main database and shared with NoteForms.

* ⚠️ **Sub-forms for relation creation only work with forms created after June 18, 2025.**
