# How to Allow Editing of Relations in My Form (Sub-form)?

Sub-forms can also support editing of related database entries — allowing users to update linked items without leaving the form.
#### Steps to enable relation editing:
1. Click the **⚙️ Settings** icon next to your relation field.
2. In the panel, under **Creation Form**, toggle **Enable Relation Editing**.
3. Choose an existing form linked to the related database or create a new one.
4. Click **Publish** or **Save** to apply the changes.

> A dedicated sub-form for editing will be created in your NoteForms dashboard. You can configure it with Pro features and integrations just like any other form.
#### Important Notes:
* Ensure the related database is connected to your main database and shared with NoteForms.
