# How to change my form URL?

If you’re not happy with the URL we created with your form you can change it. You have two options:

* Create a random URL (we generate a random id, name uuid for your form)
* Create a human readable URL (we generate the URL from your form title)

Here’s how to change your form URL:

1. Open your form page
2. Click “Regenerate form link”
