# How to close a form after a certain date?

|| This feature is only available for Pro and Team plan subscribers.

You may want your form to "expire", so that respondents have a submission deadline. Here's how you can set this up:

1. Open the form editor (create a new form or update an existing one)
2. Click on "Settings" from the top of the page then click on "About Submission" section
3. Setup a closing date

4. Add a custom message that will be shown when the form will be closed
5. Save the form and you're done!
