# 🧠 How to Create a Form Using AI in NoteForms


Save time and let NoteForms’ **AI form generator** do the heavy lifting for you!  
With just a short prompt, you can automatically create a complete form — no manual setup needed.

### Step-by-step guide  

1. **Log in** to your [NoteForms](https://noteforms.com) account.  



2. Click **Create Form** at the top-right corner of your dashboard.

3. Choose **Start from Scratch**, then click **Continue**.  

💡 *Use this option if you don’t have a connected Notion database yet.*  
The **AI prompt** feature only works when creating **new forms without an existing database**.  
If you already have a connected database, NoteForms will automatically build your form based on that data — no need to use AI.

4. In the **AI prompt field**, describe the form you want to create.  
* You can enter up to **10,000 characters**, so feel free to include detailed instructions like field types, sections, or form logic.

5. Click **Generate Form** and wait a few seconds (or up to a minute for complex prompts).  



6. Once your form is ready, review the generated fields and click **Publish** at the top-right corner.

✅ **Tip:** The clearer your AI prompt, the more accurate your form will be.  
Try describing your form’s purpose (e.g., customer feedback, job application, registration) and the kind of questions you want to include.
