# How to Customize the Look of Your Email Notifications?

**This feature lets you control how your NoteForms email notifications appear.**

**Instead of sending basic emails, you can add your own logo, choose fonts, and apply your brand colors so every message feels consistent and professional.**

## **When to use it**

- **Agencies & client projects: Send emails that match your client’s branding**
- **Teams & businesses: Keep a consistent look across all communications**
- **Forms & surveys: Make confirmations and responses feel more polished**

## **Step-by-step guide**

### **1. Go to Email settings**

1. **Open your form in NoteForms**
2. **Click the Integrations tab**
3. **Locate the Email integration**
4. **Click Edit (or create a new Email integration)**

### **2. Find "Email appearance"**

**Scroll down and look for Email appearance 🎨, then expand the section.**

**Note: This option is available on paid plans.**

### **3. Set up your design**

**Here’s what you can customize:**

**Logo**

- **Displays your logo at the top of the email**
- **Upload a PNG or JPG for best compatibility**

**Font**

- **Select the font for your email content**
- **Powered by Google Fonts**

**Text color**

- **Sets the color of your email text**
- **Use a hex code (example: #333333)**

**Background colors**

- **Outer background: area outside the email content**
- **Inner background: main email body**
- **Light colors are recommended for readability**

### **4. Save your setup**

**Click Save to apply your changes to future emails.**

### **5. Send a test email**

1. **Submit a sample response**
2. **Open the email you receive**
3. **Check if your design is applied**
