# How to Manage User Actions in Your Database View (Edit, Create, Delete, Integrate)?

NoteForms gives you full control over how guests interact with your Notion-connected database views. Through the **User Actions** panel, you can enable powerful features like editing, creating, or deleting records—all securely and with full form customization.
Once enabled, actions like **Edit**, **Create**, and **Delete** will appear as buttons or icons next to each row in your database view. These actions trigger sub-forms that can include integrations such as Slack, Zapier, Email, Webhooks, and more.

## ✨ Available User Actions
### 🔗 Row Link Feature
Each database row comes with a unique link that can be shared or embedded. When users click this link, they’ll see the form connected to that specific entry. It's perfect for **editing** or **viewing details** of individual records.
