# How to track the source of your NoteForms submissions

In this video, we see how to track the source of your form respondents by using the URL form pre-fill feature. This uses NoteForms and the data is stored a dedicated Notion database. - Use a contact/lead generation form
- Add a hidden text field called “source”
- Use the URL form pre-fill feature to generate 2 different form url, both a different pre-filled “source” value
