# How to use add a NoteForm on a Popsy website

If you want to embed a NoteForm in a [Popsy](https://popsy.co/) website, just follow a few simple steps that will take you less than a minute. First create your form. Then copy your unique form URL.

In Popsy, just press / (slash) and find Notion Forms in the drop-down menu.
