# Is it possible to share/save a form submission to multiple Notion databases?

Unfortunately, this is not possible in NoteForms.

**A single form can only send submissions to one database.**

You can still use multiple forms with the same database, but one form cannot be connected to multiple databases at the same time.

> You can achieve this with external tools like Zapier or webhooks. Both options are available for Pro and Enterprise users in the form editor under **Notifications & Integrations**.
