How do I create a NoteForms template?

There are numerous reasons why you may need a NoteForms template. Here's how to create them.

1. Once that your form has been created, go to "Your Forms" and click the name of the form you want to turn into a template.

2. Once that you are on the form settings page, click the three dots on the top right corner and then click "Create template"

3. Fill in the template details

4. Click "Create"

Next time you need to use this template to create a form you can just head over to this section and it will be there:
