How to redirect to another page after form submission?

This feature is only available for Pro and Team subscribers.

NoteForms offer two different approaches to redirect form respondents to an URL after a form submission. Which one to use depends on wether your form is embedded or not.

If your form is not embedded

If you are sharing (or redirecting to) the NoteForms form link, then redirecting to an URL after a form submission is simple.

Open the for editor for your form
Click on "Settings" from the top of the page then click on the "Submission Settings" section
Change the "Post Submission Action" to "Redirect"

In the field below fill in your target URL
That's it!

You can also use @mentions to dynamically add submission data to your links. Simply click the @ symbol and select the desired data from the pop up menu.

Example:
In the screenshot below, the user's name is added to the end of the link:

This technique allows you to create personalized links, such as routing customers to specific pages based on their responses.

If your form is embedded

- If you embedded your form in a Notion Page: There's no need to add a custom code but it can be done by updating the embed script. You can read more about how to do this on this page.
