Can I embed my form in a Notion page (or site)?

You can integrate/embed your form in a Notion page very easily. Just use the /embed command in Notion, and paste your form link.

You can integrate/embed your form in a Notion page very easily. First, connect your Notion database in NoteForms by clicking Share a Notion DB from the left side of your NoteForms account. Once your form is connected and you have its link, use the /embed command in Notion and paste your form URL.

You need your form URL to embed it in Notion. If you do not see your database in NoteForms, reconnect it from Share a Notion DB first.


Form logos and images will not display when embedded in a Notion page, ensuring they do not interfere with the page's design.
