If needed, update the email on file or check your spam folder and mark our emails as "not spam".
You can also retrieve your current or past invoices on your account's dashboard.

- Go to NoteForms.com and log in
- Click on your profile picture/name at the top-right corner
- Click on "Billing" and "Manage subscription"
- The subscription management page appears. You can scroll down, see your invoices and download them as needed
- Go to NoteForms.com and log in.
- Click your profile picture or name in the top-right corner.
- Click Billing, then Manage subscription.
- On the subscription management page, scroll down to view and download your invoices.

If you can't access the billing page, it may be because another teammate is the admin on the team plan. In that case, ask the current account admin to access billing, receipts, and subscription settings.
If the admin is no longer with your company or you need help locating the subscription, contact us via the live chat window and include any details you have, such as:
- the previous admin's email address
- your company email address
- the billing date or approximate billing period
- the amount charged
- the last 4 digits of the card used
We can use these details to help locate the subscription and assist with invoice access or ownership changes.
