How do I add a phone input field to my form?

1. You need to add a phone field to your form

• If the phone field was a part of your database before you created the form - then it will be automatically imported to NoteForms when you create it.
• If you want to add it to an already-existing form you must add a new field in Notion and refresh your form structure afterwards.

2. Once the field is in NoteForms, open the field settings (inside the left-side panel or the form-preview):

• You can change the pre-filled country code.

It is set up to the United States by default but you can set up any country.

• You can use a simple text input instead of the smart functions that are set up as default.
