How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to NoteForms.com and click the "Forgot your password?" button.



  1. Enter your email and click "Send password reset link."



  1. When the success message comes up you can go and check your email.



  1. Click "Reset password" on the email you received or use the link at the bottom.



  1. Follow the prompts to reset your password.
