💳 How to Add a Payment Field and Collect Payments with Stripe in NoteForms?
Want to sell products, collect donations, or charge for event sign-ups—right from your form? With NoteForms, you can easily connect Stripe and start accepting payments in just a few steps.
Open Your Form in the Editor
Head to your dashboard and click on the form you want to edit.
Click “Add Block”
In the top-left corner, click ➕ Add block to open the block selector.
Choose the “Payment” Block
Find and select the Payment block on the right panel to add it to your form.
Connect Your Stripe Account
If you’ve linked a Stripe account before, just select it.
If not, click Connect Stripe Account to start the connection process.

Log In and Authorize Stripe
Enter your Stripe email and click Submit.
You’ll be redirected to Stripe—log in and follow the prompts.
Click Connect to authorize NoteForms to collect payments on your behalf.
Set Up Your Payment Info
Back in the editor, enter your currency (e.g., USD, EUR) and the amount to charge.
You can also customize the label (e.g., “Event Ticket,” “Donation,” etc.).
Preview and Publish Your Form
Click Preview to test how the form looks.
Once you're ready, click Publish Form in the top-right corner.
After publishing, users will be able to securely submit payments through your form. The funds go directly into your Stripe account—simple and seamless.
On successful payment and submission, NoteForms will automatically insert the Stripe Payment ID into a text column in your database. This makes it easy to track and reference transactions later.
