How to add a scale/score input?

By default for Notion column of type "Number" NoteForms display a simple text input. If needed, you can also use a scale/score input for the columns of type Number. Here's how to proceed:

Open the form editor
Open the settings for the "Number" input you want to transform into a scale input


In the Number category, enable the "Scale" option. Optionally you can choose the size of the scale. By default, it's 5.


That's all you can save your form and see your new scale input.



Update

Now you can also add a minimum or maximum value.

You can also set up the step value - if the scale will follow increments of 1, 2, 3, etc.
