How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. To do to so:

1. Go to the billing page
2. Open billing dashboard
3. Cancel subscription

If the billing page only shows Manage Subscription in Stripe, or Stripe does not show a cancellation option, contact support and request a manual cancellation.

If your account is part of a team workspace, canceling your personal subscription does not change your login details. Your forms remain available in the same workspace, and you may still have access to paid features through the team subscription.
