How to change the database connected to a form?

Changing the database connected to your form is very simple.

1. Head over to NoteForms.com, log in, and click on the form that you want to edit.
2. Click Edit Form.
3. In the form editor, click Settings at the top of the page.
4. Under General, click the database link below Notion Database.
5. Select the database you want to connect.

If your existing database does not appear

If NoteForms asks to create a new database, or your existing database is missing from the picker, the database is usually not connected or shared correctly yet.

Try the following:

1. Make sure you selected a database before building or publishing the form.
2. Disconnect and reconnect the workspace or database connection if needed.
3. Re-share the Notion database with the NoteForms integration.
4. Then return to the form settings and select the database again.

Important

Only saved and published forms can be reopened later. If you leave the editor before publishing, unsaved form changes cannot be recovered.
