How to send an email submission confirmation to form respondents?

This feature is only available for Pro and Team plan subscribers.
You can send a custom submission confirmation email to your forms respondents. Note that this is only possible for forms with a single "Email"-type column. Here's how to set this up:



Sure! Here are the steps to follow:
Log in to your account.
Go to the forms section.
Select the form that you want to edit.
Click on the integrations tab.
Click on submission confirmation.



You can now customize the email sender name, the subject and the main content in the email.
You can also decide wether or not you want to confirmation email to include the form submission details (respondent's answers)



6 If desired, specify a condition for when the system should send email confirmation messages




Save your form and you're done! Your form respondents will automatically receive a confirmation email.

That's it we will send an email notification to your form respondents!
