How to track the source of your NoteForms submissions

In this video, we see how to track the source of your form respondents by using the URL form pre-fill feature. This uses NoteForms and the data is stored a dedicated Notion database. You can duplicate our database by clicking here

• Use a contact/lead generation form
• Add a hidden text field called “source”
• Use the URL form pre-fill feature to generate 2 different form url, both a different pre-filled “source” value
• Embed the form in two different Notion pages (can all be in the same page if distinguished well enough)
• Submissions contain different source in Notion
