If you want to embed a NoteForm in a Popsy website, just follow a few simple steps that will take you less than a minute. First create your form. Then copy your unique form URL.



In Popsy, just press / (slash) and find Notion Forms in the drop-down menu.



Paste the link into the box, then confirm with OK.



Your form will instantly appear. This is the end result in Popsy.
