I cannot find my Notion database
Before you can use NoteForms with your Notion databases, you need to share your databases with our Notion integration. If you can't find your Notion database while creating a form, please try the following:
- Open your database in Notion
- Click on the three little dots on the top right corner
- Click on "+ Add connections"
- Type "NoteForms"
- Click on our integration, and on the Invite button

If you still can't see your table, please try to disconnect the integration, and to re-connect it (re-follow instructions above).

- Click on “Share a Notion DB” from the left side of your NoteForms account.

- Click on “Share a Notion Database”

- Click on “Select Pages”

- Select and check the pages where the databases are located and click on allow access.

Please ensure that you are connecting or reconnecting to the actual database, rather than just the parent page or the page where the database is embedded. Refer to the video below for guidance.

If the database already appears as "already added" in NoteForms but the form still shows Notion Database Not Found or the troubleshooting page shows Expired/Revoked, re-connect the workspace from Workspace Settings. Use Connect a workspace again and select the same workspace. Do not remove the workspace first.
If the database was deleted in Notion, restore it from Notion if the restore option is available. Once restored, re-check the database connection in NoteForms.
