Troubleshooting Notion Database Connection Issues with NoteForms

Visit the Troubleshooting Page: Go to NoteForms Troubleshooting.
Select the Workspace: In the top navigation bar, choose the appropriate workspace linked to the form experiencing issues.
Start Troubleshooting: Click the "Start Troubleshooting" button to view a detailed table of forms, their associated databases, and the connection status.

The table will display the following columns:
- Form Id: Unique identifier for the form.
- Form: A link to the form.
- Database: A link to the Notion database.
- Creator: The email of the form creator.
- Status: Current connection status.
- Error: The specific error encountered, if any.
