What happens with submissions that don't reach my Notion database?
One of your submissions went through but you can't see it in Notion. Where is it?
We only store form submissions in your Notion databases.
None of the content submitted on your form is stored on our servers. The content is only owned by you or your company.
So, if you don't store this info, what happens with submissions that don't reach my Notion database?
If a form update or submission fails unexpectedly, first try these steps:
- Refresh the form structure.
- Republish the form after refreshing the structure.
- Try the submission again.
This can help when fields were changed in the connected database and the form structure is out of date.
Note: It is important that you check your spam folder if needed (and mark the email as "not spam") or your inbox folders if you use Gmail or a similar email client that segments conversations.
NoteForms takes your privacy seriously and follows best practices to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information and customer data is protected and maintained. We do not disclose or share your data with outside parties.
