How does lookup page work?
Before seeing the form, respondents will have to choose an existing record. On selection, the form will appear, pre-filled with the record values.
How do I enable lookup page on my form?
Log into NoteForms and access the editor mode of the form you'd like to use with lookup page.
2.Click on "Settings" from the top of the page then click on "Submission Settings"
Note: You can toggle the "Allow create new record?" button if you'd like to give your users that option.
The page will look like this if you do:
Customize what your user will see:
Introduction text: Text prompting user to choose a record
Selection input label: Label of the field to select a page
"Previous" button text
Hide Notion page icon
Displayed field: Customize the field that will be displayed
Optional: You can add some filters to restrict record selection
