How to Add a Video Block in NoteForms 🎥
Want to make your forms more engaging? With the Video Block, you can easily embed videos or media from platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Spotify, and more — directly inside your NoteForm.
Follow these simple steps to add a video to your form:
🪄 Step-by-Step Guide
- Open your form in the editor.
Go to the form you want to edit and click Edit Form.
- Add a new block.
Click Add Block at the top left of the page.
- Choose the Video Block.
From the left panel, scroll to Custom Blocks and select Video.
- Paste your video link.
Enter a public video URL (for example, from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, etc.).
- Publish your form.
Click Publish Form in the upper right corner to save your changes.
✅ That’s it!
Your video will now appear directly inside your form as a responsive player that works perfectly on desktop and mobile. It’s great for tutorials, demos, or welcoming users before they start filling out your form.
