How to Allow Editing of Relations in My Form (Sub-form)?
Sub-forms can also support editing of related database entries — allowing users to update linked items without leaving the form.
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon next to your relation field.
In the panel, under Creation Form, toggle Enable Relation Editing.
Choose an existing form linked to the related database or create a new one.
Click Publish or Save to apply the changes.

A dedicated sub-form for editing will be created in your NoteForms dashboard. You can configure it with Pro features and integrations just like any other form.
Ensure the related database is connected to your main database and shared with NoteForms.
If your relation field isn’t showing, visit:
Where is my relation field/column?
⚠️ Sub-forms for editing only work with forms created after June 18, 2025.
