To personalize the confirmation message after someone submits your form:

1. Open your form and click Edit Form.

2. In the left menu, go to Settings.

3. Click on the Submissions tab.

4. Enter your custom message under Success Page Text.

5. Hit Publish Form at the top right to apply your changes.
