How to create a one-question-at-a-time form in NoteForms (Focused Mode)?

Focused Mode in NoteForms lets you show one question at a time, guiding respondents through your form step by step — similar to the Typeform experience.

By reducing distractions and keeping attention on a single question, Focused Mode helps improve completion rates and creates a smoother form experience, especially on mobile devices.

How to turn on Focused Mode

  1. Open your form in NoteForms.
  2. Go to Settings → Design.
  3. Select Focused Mode.
  4. A confirmation popup will appear — click Switch to Focused.
  5. Save your changes and preview your form.

Tip: You can switch between Classic Mode and Focused Mode at any time. Your questions, logic, integrations, and responses will remain unchanged.

Final note

If you’ve used Typeform before, Focused Mode in NoteForms will feel familiar — one clear question at a time, smooth transitions, and a clear sense of progress from start to finish.
