How to update the list of options of a select field in my form?

Usually, select/multi-select options are refreshed automatically every few hours for Pro and Enterprise Users, but we have included a feature that allows you to disable the automatic refresh if desired.

To add some more options or edit existing options, simply edit your select property by within your Notion Database.

To refresh a list of option in a select/multi-select field, you just need to re-refresh your form by editing it and saving it again. Here's how to proceed:

Go on your form page
Click on the blue "Edit form" button
You should see your the new list of options in the form preview
Click on the blue "Save changes" button

How can I turn on/ off the automatic refresh?

Click Edit form.
Click the settings slug of the Select or Multiselect Field.
Toggle "Automatic options refresh
" on the right side.

Please note that there is a character limit for options in the select and multi-select input fields due to a limitation in the Notion API. Each option can have a maximum of 90 characters. If your use case requires longer text, we recommend using the relation field as an alternative.
