Is it possible to share/save a form submission to multiple Notion databases?

Unfortunately, this is not possible in NoteForms.

A single form can only send submissions to one database.

You can still use multiple forms with the same database, but one form cannot be connected to multiple databases at the same time.

You can achieve this with external tools like Zapier or webhooks. Both options are available for Pro and Enterprise users in the form editor under Notifications & Integrations.
