Is it possible to share/save a form submission to multiple Notion databases?
Unfortunately this is not possible through NoteForms yet.
Two different forms can send submissions to the same database but each form can only send submissions to one database.
Note: You can achieve this with external tools like Zapier or using webhooks. Both options are available for Pro & Enterprise Users within the form editor under the "Notifications & Integrations" section.
