Why are files uploaded via my form publicly accessible?

Notion official API does not currently support file uploads. Therefore, we need to upload the file ourselves. When a new file is submitted to your form, we need to send the file URL to Notion. In order for Notion to be able to retrieve the file, it needs to be publicly accessible.
