How can I change the theme of my form?
Pro and Enterprise subscribers can change the theme used by their forms.
Themes affect inputs (as well as labels and help texts) and buttons.
Changing your form theme is quick and easy. Follow these steps:
Steps to Change Your Form Theme
- Go to the Edit Form page.
- Click Design on the upper left of the page.
- Select a theme from the list:
- Default
- Notion
- Simple (no shadows)
- Minimal
- Transparent
- Publish your form to apply the selected theme.
