How do I add a file input to my form?
Using files within forms is indispensable for many users. Here's how to add a file input to your form.
Create a "Files & Media" field on your Notion database, if you haven't already.

Note: If you are adding this field after you created a form and connected a database make sure to click the "Refresh form structure" button on your form editor so the new field is added to the form.

Customize your field options by clicking on the "gear" icon marked in red in the previous image.
