How to Configure Which Properties Are Displayed in My Relation Field?
When a relation field appears in your form, you can control what information is shown to help users pick the correct item easily — like showing the name, email, or date instead of just the title.
Click the ⚙️ Settings icon next to the relation field.
Under Displayed Fields, click Configure Display Fields.
Click Add a Field, then select the properties (columns) you want to show.
Click Publish or Save to reflect the changes.

Only properties from the related database will be available.
Make sure the related database is shared with NoteForms.
Sub-form features and display customization are only supported on forms created after June 18, 2025.
