How to Allow the “Open Link Button” to Work in Table View Even When the URL Column Is Hidden

Go to the database view edit page.
Hide the URL column.
Scroll down to the Open Link Button section under User Actions.
Select the URL column you want to use for the button.

That’s it! The button will continue to open the selected link even if the URL column is hidden from the table view.
