How to Let Guest Viewers Edit Notion Pages in My Database View?

Give your guest viewers the power to edit existing Notion pages directly from your database views using custom forms. This enables a seamless way to collect updates, feedback, or changes—perfect for collaboration.

Steps:

  1. Open the edit mode of your database view in NoteForms.
  2. On the left panel, scroll to User Actions and click Configure Edit Form.
  3. Select an existing form or create a new one.
  4. Click Publish or Save in the upper-right corner to apply the changes.








✅ You can now customize this form like any other NoteForms form. Add integrations such as email notifications, Slack, Discord, Zapier, Webhooks, and more.
