How to Manage User Actions in Your Database View (Edit, Create, Delete, Integrate)?

NoteForms gives you full control over how guests interact with your Notion-connected database views. Through the User Actions panel, you can enable powerful features like editing, creating, or deleting records—all securely and with full form customization.
Once enabled, actions like Edit, Create, and Delete will appear as buttons or icons next to each row in your database view. These actions trigger sub-forms that can include integrations such as Slack, Zapier, Email, Webhooks, and more.

✨ Available User Actions

Each database row comes with a unique link that can be shared or embedded. When users click this link, they’ll see the form connected to that specific entry. It's perfect for editing or viewing details of individual records.
